There are many species of bird and all have varying personalities. Before buying a feathered friend we highly suggest researching as much as you can before considering the option of taking one home with you.
There is a lot of good information circling the internet but seeing as you are here we have listed a few good rules to follow before you become a bird owner.
Birds have strong personalities which means they will be happier in an environment with where they can spend time with humans or other birds.
Many different species of birds have a long lifetime, which means commitment is the key to happiness for both your bird(s) and your sake.
If you have other pets, such as cats & dogs they can get along but you will have to start with supervised interplay to see how one another is overtime.
Birds will be noisy, that’s just what they are, if you like your peace and tranquillity, then buying a bird may not be the best choice.
